Hey can you guys take a look ^ at this 997.2 turbo? It seems to be very well loaded, yet for the milage and year it is so cheap. How is this possible? Is there something wrong with this car or what?

Really?? I haven't been able to find a turbo 2010, optioned as much as this, with only 12k miles for this price.

there is also a 2007 for 95 on this board. Doesnt mean its a realistic price. Seems to me people raised their prices after the 165K+ 2014 991 tt came out.

Thats a bit much. A dealer near me has 3 turbo's (2007,2008,2009), one for around 20k miles, the other 35k miles, and one really highly optioned one with 45k miles, and they are all under 90k.

So that person probably won't sell his. But if a highly optioned 2010 turbo is worth around 90k at 10k miles, I would like someone to please point me in the direction where there are more of them.

I think it is a very good price. I just would prefer the paddles in front of the steering wheel if I was buying a PDK.

997.2 TTS will become famous soon enough
I would have them swap out the steering wheel for a sport wheel w/paddles as part of the deal.

I'd probably just get a tech art wheel.

Cheap. Something must be wrong. I been looking for a year and nothing was under 100,000 and mine was 99,900 without chronosport, yellow brakes or centerlocks. Mine is CPO.

Nothing is wrong with the car you paid too much for yours, very few people would buy a Turbo without Sport Chrono, it should be standard equipment. In fact most cars without SC sit on the lots for much longer and go for much less then cars with. Now the PCCB and CL are great options but not necessary, you can deduct about 5k or less because the CPO is negotiable but nice to have if you intend to sell your car before it expires. But I love my CL and PCCB, they just look cool and worth the extra cash.

A quick search shows 3 for sale within 2k of this one so the price isn't really low.

NickS is an unknown quantity at this point
Non-CPO would be a good guess as to why it priced as low as it is.
