P3000 Fault, Help!

Just had a Europipe stage 1.5 exhaust fitted with 4 new lambda sensors, after 50 miles i got the check engine light on speedo. Ran a durametric scan and shows P3000 fault. The fault comes back on straight away when i clear it.
Is the bank 1 sensor 1 (pre cat?) faulty as its showing as no signal/communication?
I have checked all wiring and its all plugged in and there's no damage to wiring. Please help.

Yes, its the sensor 1, bank 1. (sensor with blue wire cover)

Passenger side in RHD cars.

Check the pins inside the lambda sensor connector, sometimes they are bent while installing.
(on the left side of the factory airbox)

Yes....I had the same issue after installing my exhaust. Changed pre-cat O2 and been fine ever since.

Good luck.

I've just changed both pre cat Lambda's as they were both faulty or wrong ones?? Now the p3000 fault is gone.
I drove the car for a couple of hours and re scanned the dme and now i have B0821 fault.
Is it post cat lambda related or spark plug/ coil pack issue?
I cleared the fault and its not come back up straight away so maybe just a minor???

May have just been adjusting/calibrating...I would wait to see if it returns, and if not, I would not worry about it.
