Just dug out an old receipt for my kit (disk, pressure plate, release bearing, LWFW). I paid $2,477.64 shipped from AWE Tuning. This was 2 years ago so maybe pricing has changed.
Communication was great and shipping was fast.

Do u recommend getting lwfw? Does it rattle at idle?

Yes it does rattle at idle and at lower RPMs thru the gears. You get used to it tho.
I've had the same kit on my 996tt and now on my 997tt with no complaints.

If I kept the stock flywheel would Tht be a problem with the clutch upgrade?

People do it all the time. You'd have to inspect your stock FW before making that decision. Some people just resurface and reuse. My logic is if I'm spending all of that money on labor and the mechanic is already in there, I may as well replace all worn components.

Hi, on West Coast time.
Thanks for the kind words guys!
J, thanks for letting me know, new pm coming. Your flywheel is likely fine. It can be inspected to be sure. We usually scuff them a bit also to get a clean surface. LWFW is great but, although it has gotten better with new sprung discs not so much if you wand a smooth daily with no noise or rattle. It's most enjoyed on the track for rev-matching.
