One of the biggest fears and worries people have when thinking about lowering their car is whether or not they are going to scrape on steep inclines or bumps. This is 100% justifiable, as many owners want to lower their car for handling and appearance, but also don't want to destroy the bottom of their car from going over a harsh speed bump. That fear can be nearly eliminated with a KW HLS Lift Kit.

The KW HLS (hydraulic lift system) provides additional road clearance for lowered vehicles. When expanded, a range of 30mm to 45mm of lift is produced, thereby helping sport cars avoid road clearance difficulties like speed bumps, road constructions etc.

To put it simply, this kit gives you the ability to temporarily lift the front end(or front/rear on some kits) to protect that carbon fiber front lip you just spent 1200 on as you are pulling in to your driveway.

We had this kit installed on our Project 997.2tt back in the day. Even in Arizona, where most of the roads are as flat as our fresh tortillas, we still used this on an almost daily basis. Here is a video of ours being installed and in action...
