Were can I get gmg lowering springs from

As for DIY, it's normally 3 hours. To clear the shock towers from the fender, I had to loosen the front axle. That was my easiest solution. The rears took me a bit longer due to the sub box removal, it's really straight forward

Will do this as well. Pelican has the GMG springs for cheaper than GMG. :::Scratching head::: Is there an even better source than Pelican, which seems to me to be the winner at this point?

That's funny I've only slightly scraped my car twice and I live in NYC ...there is a art and talent on how to hit street angles ...hope I don't jinx myself....but I've been lucky on the scrapping part..

When lowering the car with springs I have been advised that you really need to install the front bump and rear toe steer kits along with a set of adjustable thrust arm bushings to be able to properly set the car handeling at the lower ride heights.
