I'm not sure that the current dual-clutch transmissions are guaranteed to keep their value well. The automated single clutch cars of the past are not holding their value well (BMW's SMG, "F1" paddle transmissions, etc.) Who knows how cool automated manual transmissions will be 10 years from now.

My Blueberry is looking pretty good based on this thread. 7% made in blue eh?
I also Agree the .1 6MT cars will hold (and I am not saying that bc I'm an owner).
991T will indeed press the .2 PDK Values down hard because of the DFI Engine, and PDK Trans. The .2 6 MT unicorns are the exception.
Yes the .2 is faster than a stock .1. The S version even more.
But not sure how much further the tuning world will embrace the .2 DFI engines since they are now onto the 991 and while squeezing more power is possible they didnt make many and the PDK units can be tricky in terms of cooperation.
Either way, the GT3 will hold its value far more than any 997 generation Turbo

if you're looking at this purely from an investment perspective, a GT3 is the right answer - the turbo is a far superior driving car in nearly every situation except pure track duty - but they low production numbers make any of the GT cars worth mints - even a 996 GT2 is commanding high 90s low 100s with the GT3s getting 60-80 where as the 996 turbos are going in the 30s and 40s, 50s for low mile rare optioned examples.
