Fvd wider front fenders

I've attached a pic of these fenders does anyone have any info on them and what would be needed to complete this mod... looks like this would really bulge out the front of the car for aggressive look..also at 5.5 pounds each side 11 pounds total does anyone know what weight savings were looking at..

Fvd sells quality parts can't imagine they have horrible fitment... no car pics but just on looks alone I'm itching to buy a set... wonder if they flare out then come back in so you can still use oem hardware and wheels...maybe I'll give Ronda a call.. early Xmas gift..

If we fit 275 up front will this affect handling.. if alignments are done by quality race shop

If you are asking whether it will HURT handling, no.

Arguably it will give you more front end grip and the car can be balanced with ARBs.

I wouldn't worry about it, unless you are doing track days I dont think you will notice. It will look cool tho

TYE will become famous soon enough
Those FVD fenders are modeled after the grand am fenders. Here's a pic of the grand am fenders with 18x10 fronts

Oh snap! That would look even better on a turbo with the wider rear end!

I've posted these before but i'm running the OEM Gt2RS full carbon fiber fenders & it definitely gives it a great wide body look, but it's very subtle you almost don't notice it sometimes unless it's parked next to another TT.I had to get the Gt2rs upper fender liners & we had to customize the little end cap bumper piece to fit a turbo bumper instead of the Gt2 bumper.Which is why i ? whether this kit would fit both a Gt2 & Turbo because they have different bumpers & front lips. All work done by BBI who also used there axle extensions & suspension components to push out the 245"s for that flush look.

These fenders are starting to grow on me..can you please explain what axle extension you got...is it a adapter or do you have to get a new axle...I'm also wondering if a wider rim will work and go with a 255/325 tire...

GT3 LCAs are what's needed to widen front track without wheel/tire changes. Of course 10x1x" wheels and 255-275 tires will add some grip (+looks) too.

No new axle needed ,it's a BBI exclusive part & i'm not sure of the details but also took some of there suspension components.
