Luis, I've never weighed a semi-electric sport seat before, but I would imagine that it would be around 50 lbs (a standard Boxster seat w/ no electronics weighed 46 lbs.

We can't order the seats with Alcantara inserts, but it looks like the seat cushions themselves are about $2,800.

They are one of the best looking seats out there. However, you should sit in one first. I sat in a GT2 the other day and my back barely fit against the seat back. Not a lot of cushion either. If you're tracking great if daily driver or weekend warrior maybe reconsider.

Can you wear a six point harness with a HANS device in these seats?

I have them in my TT. I originally had Sport seats in my cayman S and thought those were snug. Those feel luxurious compared to the bucket seats. I must say they look really really nice, especially in carrera red against the CF back.

For some reason, hoepfully someone ca verify, the drivers seat is physically higher than the passenger seat. I've had friends test it and they also feel higher. Any ideas?
Its not possible to raise/lower the seat. In fact you can only slide it forward/backward. Even the back is nonadjustable.

I would not suggest the seats if you are looking for a very comfy DD, otherwise I love them. Really hold my thighs/back in place.

Hey Guys,
Just got another pair of 997 GT2 seats (porsche crest, black w/ carbon fiber and airbag) in and have another set of black 996 GT3 seats. GT2 seats are going for $8400 for the pair and the GT3 seats are $3900 for the pair. Pm me with interests. **prices do not include shipping.**
Thanks
Anthony
