doesn't tinting make car look like used car? IDK just my 2 cents
Depending on the tint, it could make the car look better. Actually tinted high end cars tell me that the person is more of a car enthusiast and more than likely has more mods on the car.

I'm one of those who loves LEGAL tint, mostly for the dramatic heat reduction and hopefully fabric/leather protection; Imo it usually improves the appearance if the color match is good. The "used" car question is certainly correct on an old job that's started to bubble or delaminate but most decent tinters have valid lifetime warranties and will redo it; worst case have it scraped off and redone.
I know, I know, it's not a 997. Here is my tinting though. I like it as dark as posssible. Not only does it kill the heat in the summer (car is very comfortable, even after sitting out in the sun all day), it also stops the blinding lights from giant SUVs behind be from shining in my eyes (in both rear-view AND side mirrors).
In the summer the hard top comes off and the windows go down ... these are two very different looks.
