Someone local is selling his 996TT with the PCCBs and wants to trade for my big reds plus cash for his yellow PCCBs and carbon rotors. Is this a direct bolt on fitment? What else if anything would I need to make this swap. They only have 5000 miles on them. Thanks in advance guys.

First of all, the 996's were GEN I PCCB's and there are a lot of problems with these that were resolved on the 997's. Second, I don't think that the Rotors and Hangers have the offset, therefore they won't fit properly.
Personally I would keep your OEM brakes, they are awesome and if you need more braking capacity at the track try a set of Pagid Yellow's

I bought mine from Craig @ www.Rennstore.com gave me a great deal. No affiliation to him, just a good guy.

As highly as I think of the PCCB's, I would never pay for a pair of Gen-II aftermarket. It would be far more cost efficient to purchase a nice set of Brembo's, etc.
The rotors will delaminate, and are about $8000 a set to replace. Try searching in the 996 section for PCCB problems.
Stay with your stock brakes, teh PCCB's will only give you a little less unsprung weight, other then that your braking distance will not change, and you will be into this project for $5000 plus your brakes.
All 4 of my calipers are dark red, I have worked them hard and have yet to have them fade, these brakes work very well.
