In concept, I really like this car. It sounds like it will really stand apart from the rest of the 997 lineup. Hopefully, they will keep the prodcution volume uber-limited, as opposed to the 40th anniversary 996 Carrera, for which they made too many and did too little to make it interesting/special. The $220K price tag seems pretty high for a non-turbo car though.

Gosh, for $220K, it better be in very limited production, out handle a GT3 on the track, and out run or keep up with a GT2.

If you look closely, Thoe "roof" of the body has reveals in it. I'm sure this was to increase areo dynamics

I don't think it will be that much in the US. The conversion doesn't always equate, well practially never equate to what we will spend hee in the US if the car even makes it here to our shores.

The US conversion is never based on the exchange rate. But I think we are being bold expecting this car to even come to the states. If it does, I expect a price tag around $150K. Ughh AWD though...no thanks

I may have misread it, but I believe it's based on a C2S with C4S bodywork - a mix that would be really nice to see and drive. But for $200K plus, it'd better be powered by dilithium crystals.
