metal clanking noise from engine bay of 997.2 c4s

i just got the 2009 C4S coupe, launch edition. last night.
there is metal clanking noise coming from engine. noise does not increae with rpm. kind annoying. I am just wondering whether this is normal with 2009 DFI engine. my 2006 C2S coupe didn't have this noise.
thanks for shedding some light here

Mmmmm, I would head back to the dealer ASAP. No clanking here. Something is loose.

Oh- Congrats! Mighty fine car. And be sure to drive it like the makers intended.

Same car, no noise. Sorry. I would bring it in. While you're there, make sure you get the PCM software update. Also, ask if there is a PDK software update and please let me know. Thanks.

Thank you! It always turns heads and gets comments. Here is a link as I don't want to hijack movingups' thread.

Does the car have the 5mm OEM spacers ? If it has corrosion it can clank.
