the fact that the more expensive the car, the cheaper the owners seem to be with mods... everyone wants discount wheels but own a new porsche.. i dont get it.

So, if the name on the wheels said "FlowformStar" and they cost $4-5K per set, you would be OK with them? Brilliant reasoning
fwiw - I've had countless BMW's (M3, M5, etc.) and have had wheels such as Miro and Velocity Motoring on them -- both of which are rather inexpesnsive wheels but not "cheap" wheels in terms of quality. I've also had Iforged wheels on my old 996TT. The Iforged cost 3x that of the Miro and VM's and were not $.01 better.
Do you think OZ wheels are "discount wheels" because they don't cost $1K+ per wheel?
You do understand that the flow form wheel process is the same that is used for F1 and Indy Car wheels, do you not? Forgestar wheels are inexpensive but NOT CHEAP WHEELS. If you feel the need to spend $5K+ on a set of wheels just because you drive a Porsche, then by all means please do so..........I don't get it.

Andrew - I seen the picture of the finish for the wheels on the white infinity that you posted, but what about just straight silver but in the style of the black ones in the opening of the thread ? it would be great to see some shots of the range of what is available when you have them.

The offset on the rims makes the car look so much meaner

Mine were delivered yesterday and are being installed today. My research prior to purchasing indicates them to be of very good quality. They had an issue with one of the finishes in the past and immediately rectified that problem. Other than that, I've heard of no quality issues.
Just from visual inspection yesterday, they look phenominal and are pretty darn light for a semi cast wheel.
Will post pics later today or tomorrow and will comment on build quality from a "rolling" standpoint over time.
