Navigation/entertainment system does not turn on after re-plug

Was wondering if any guru's have experience with this. I took my car to a bodyshop to paint some interior trim pieces (including the cover for the navigation/entertainment system).

The job obviouslly required the removal of the navigation system. Once the shop was done painting it, they replugged the wires into the back of the system. The rep mentioned that the 'Porsche' logo came on the screen when they replugged the wires but then the screen went dark after that. The screen doesn't turn on when the car is started and I cannot turn it on no matter which button I press.

Anyone know if this is a simple fix for the dealer (maybe they need to input some code to turn it on)? Or do you think this will be a major issue?

Thanks in advance.

If it's DYI, I would first check that all of the wiring was seated correctly (unplug and re-seat). If it's DVD based, is the Nav DVD inserted? Otherwise, the P-shop should get a fault code to aid in troubleshooting.
