You asked the question. not sure about the used car market, but on a new car the difference of import is this: $10k more cost, 3.6 -> 3.8L engine.

Everything else can be added on or adjusted for pretty much (which consumes some of that $10k cost difference).

In your year, did the S come with bi-xenon headlights as part of the extras vs halogens?
