Porsche Emblem
Wsup Guys, I think I posted this in the wrong section earlier Anyways...the other day I was driving and saw the rear end of a 997, and it had an emblem on the rear that looked like it said "Roadster" ... I might be mistaken Ive done a little search and Ive seen pictures of a "Speedster" emblem but im not sure if it said Roadster or Speedster...anyways has anybody ever seen roadster or speedster emblems...anybody know where to purchase them at?
Maybe Ill start a new trend
Thanks Guys...

**sorry previous reply posted was in wrong section **
the "speedster" started with the 356 and was an instant classic and arguably one of the most desirable and collectible porsche convertibles around. it was different from the regular cabriolets in that it had a more steeply raked windshield and higher "hunched" back (completely covering the soft top mechanism) which gave it the iconic shape. there have been several more speedster trim offering in a modern 911 (think 993 may have been last - but could be wrong) and i read somewhere porsche may do it with the 997/998 as well...
speedster emblems can probably be ordered from classic porsche parts suppliers... i'm sure you can get the 356 speedster emblem without any problems, but the fonts may look different from the "carrera". the 993 speedster emblem (if you can find it) may fit better...
hope this helps

Are they officially lisenced from Porsche? I mean, do they make the letters under approval of the automaker?
600 is pretty nuts... But what's worst is that someone probably coughed up that amount to get those letters

Posers would spend 600, enthusiast like us are fricken cheap skates. Most (including myself) would not even spend $50 for silly bling like this.

Funny - link on 3rd post.
Bruce must mean "dork" in German.

I kind of like the idea of having something unique and custom yet within a common idiom, but no way at those prices. I think if I could find the font I'd make my own.
As for "Bruce", WTF, that's hysterical!
