I had an Arctic Silver 996 and I noticed that every other car on the road was silver.
I have a Seal Grey 997 and now i notice that every other car on the road is grey.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not your sport.
GT silver is the easist to clean and looks stunning in the light . It matches up beautifully with interior colors and stitching too .
White looks stunning in the sun and makes for a nice option of painting the seat backs and console but I find it hard to clean .
Meteor is a great color and so is Atlas ( I prefer Atlas) .Dark blue is traditional and looks great with sea blue interior. I prefer aqua blue with natural brown (stunning combination) .
In fact the only colors I don't like on yoir list are Macadamia and Basalt . Basalt looks dirty even when its clean and it can never look like jet black (my favorite color but not on your list) . And Macadamia is just atrocious .

Agree with Larry on the black. If you're going to go black and be willing to live with the maintance, go jet black and not basalt.
My favorite is still the original color of my 993,,,,Adventurine Green, but hasn't been offered for the longest time. Depending on light it can look black, blue, green & grey. Awesome color, i wish they'd bring it back, maybe on my next on i'll order a custom color
My bias Black (Why would you not even consider it?) Me, on my fourth Carrera 1984sc, 2001, 2007S, 20094S, all black/black - I guess I am a creature of habit. Good luck with your choices - as there is no wrong color!
GT has a slightly darker hue than Arctic Silver, yet lighter than Meteor; it shows off the curves nicely. Too bad it comes with a price premium - that's provides some exclusivity to the owner, and bystanders like me that are always happy to see one.

Ha - tunes you in, right.
I have Black and notice that every other car on the road is...not a 911.

I wonder what Porsche was thinking when it introduced Macadamia? Not as bad, but still puzzling is the decision to make the 997.2 C2S launch car in the Porsche Racing Green. I will bet that the majority of those are still unsold just by seeing how many of them are being advertised. Somebody who likes green will be getting a great deal..... and yes, I know that color is the most personal thing but keep reminding yourself of that when you try to trade in a brown or green Porsche.
White looks great on these cars, probably my favorite if I was looking for a DD. Aqua blue look good but it's not for me.
