afridi is on a distinguished road
5600 miles and car says upcoming service in 30 days

What? I just changed the oil twice, once after the break in and once again at the 4000 mark.

Besides sucking oil (needing to top it off) the car wants frequent oil changes in addition to the extra I do anyway?
Will be glad when I put it away for storage this winter.

when u changed oil did it reset the computer?

i think the service time in the computer goes by time/miles since last reset.. and not by checking the oil ;-)

Minok will become famous soon enough
Yeah, mine is saying "Service in 4 days" this morning. Its coming up on the 1 year mark. Since the 1 year service is just: Change Oil... I don't see bringing it in and will do that myself. So am I going to be dealing with a service reminder (Service Due Now) until my next dealer visit?
