Please explain the situation better. Are we to understand that you have flashed the ecu with performance software and it crashed the ecu, thus you have replaced the DME with a new unit? Or you had a bad dme and the new unit is not taking the programming? Do you have a PIWIS or is the car at the dealership? Can you communicate with the DME or is there a no communication issue? The new DME needs to be programmed with the PIWIS but of course needs an open K-line to do so.
** NEED BETTER DATA to assist. **

Are you using one of those Chinese or Taiwan PIWIS bootleg clones for laptop? They have a lot of problems- if so, that may be your issue.

Ok, so i get it- you are def using a chineese boot-leg KTS 520-to-lap top PIWIS, not a real PIWIS. Can't help you much there. I have heard of some guys here who have tried that setup instead of buying the factory PIWIS and had bad results, did not work out of the box and/or it worked for a brief time and went bad. When you are dealing with a very expensive control unit, not worth taking a chance with questionable hardware and there is obviously NO tech support from China.

Can you comunicate with any of the other control modules? if so, prolly not having issues with the K line but perhaps a data bus or smoked the new ecu with improper coding procedure. When doing the coding procedure the first time, i ASSUME you had the IPAS codes? They are CRITICAL. Proper Input of the codes is CRITICAL. Proper input of the vehicle data is CRITICAL. If you tried to program without clean 40amp battery supply, you will crash the ecu. If power was interupted or the coding procedure was interupted, you will crash the ecu.

I am guessing you fried the new control module. If you need it, i can get you the proper procedure for programming but at this point, you might be better off taking the car to your local dealer or factory level independant.
