Yes I am going to say that on looks alone the "misses" takes the cake. Though she clearly knows who is boss to allow an 18 y/o nanny who is cute.

Just be careful: I know a dentist that had to get a nanny for his nanny. Even worse, you might have to sell your 911 and get one of those butt-ugly Panameras.
