I can't seem to turn my traction control off

has anyone had this happen before? I have a 997.2s with PDK. I noticed it about a week ago but thought I was crazy because the car would not slide very well. Today it rained and I went to an empty parking lot to confirm my thoughts. Sure enjoy even with the traction off it continued to kick in. Has this happened to anyone else?
