Very well said, I couldn't have said it better. This is just a guess, but it looks like the driver shifted into 2nd and stayed in it causing the car to shift violently in the opposite direction, driver couldn't control it and spun all the way around. Amazingly, no one managed to plow into the driver side door. Too bad law enforcement wasn't spectating.
I would have called the cops on the spot. I can't stand idiots like that. I'm amazed he didn't get clobbered by another car. Goes to show the stupidity level of some people in this world.
