Yup. The Mustang was getting too costly to maintain as of late (spark plug shot out the side of the engine, $2900 to fix. new clutch, $700) so I sold it for a more practical economical car. The Fit is awesome, I've had it since February and love everything about it. It's not as fast as the Mustang but it handles just as well (and I have a base model).

Yeah, I have a 2000 GT for about a year but never had any major issues with it. Glad you're happy with the Fit. Think you'll ever get a muscle car again? Definitely not very economical.

I'm not sure. It depends on many things. I loved my Mustang but I didn't fit in it very well (I'm 6'5"). I have a bad back as it is, so I need my seat back pretty much straight up. I wanted to buy fixed back racing seats which would give me the straight back I needed, plus sit lower in the car which would give me more headroom, but I didn't have the money for it. IF I ever get a muscle car, it would probably be something with an LS1 or LS7 in it because they're so friggen efficient (more power and better gas mileage).
But these days I'm starting to think about getting engaged and starting a family a few years down the road, so my next car will probably be an Accord or something like that lol. I drive my cars very hard and I need something that's not going to break on me. So far, I've had two dodge Neons take a crap on me, and my Mustang that couldn't handle the abuse I gave it. I had a 1990 Civic with 168,000 miles on it when I got it and it drove like it was brand new and I never had any problems with it for the year I had it.
I'd love to pick up a used Audi S4 or BMW M3 but the maintenance costs are what worries me.
