Quicksilver Exhaust installed on Vantage

We have been given the opportunity to sell these at $2800. PM me or call me for info.

We had the opportunity to install one of these Quicksilver Exhaust systems on a new Aston Martin Vantage today. This blacked out luxury machine needed some more noise. Quicksilver Exhausts based in the UK has this incredible sounding stainless steel muffler for the Vantage. The install is a direct bolt on in replace of the OEM muffler. Once installed, the car has a stronger race tone to it like the machine should have come from the factory.

The system does away with the vaccum valve set up... It is a much lighter and compact unit, BTW; running with the 22 fuse pulled is not a good idea as it causes an open vaccuum condition down low which leads to a rich condition in the lower RPM range, So while it sounds good it actually robs bottom end TQ and HP

Thank you for sharing, I've got to say that sounds really really good as I assumed that the stock exhaust sound cannot be improved because it sounds just right in stock form.

That is a great price and I am tempted by it. However, who would know the intricacies involved with the install as I am in the Wash DC area. My dealer is hesitant to install it since they too are a QS retailer and want me to buy it from them.....installed $4700. Sounds like a rip off!

This customer with the black AMV8 paid 2 labor hours at $95/hour. For $2000 in labor, i will shine your shoes, get you coffee, do your lawn, and then if need be take you to a fancy dinner at Red Lobster!

You can buy the exhaust from me and then RSC Tuning and I can source a good installer. The install is very simple and direct.

Well....the sourcing part of the install is where I need to really do my research. I have seen installers install exhausts on both of my M5s in the past and I know it is a 2 hour job. Both installs looked good from a visual standpoint...however, on one I got alot of resonance and on the other (more experienced installer) there was no resonance. I have since moved so cannot use the same installer. BTW, Both exhausts were the same....DINAN

resonance should not have anything to do with the install. You can only connect hangers, bolts, and tips one way. You may have a rattle if they left a clamp or tip loose, but cabin resonance is the design of the exhaust.
