Better to drive it awhile stock. Then the mods will be like getting something new again. IMHO

The roominess, and overall drive of the car.
The Vantage felt like a pure "hard driving" sports car, and the DB9 more of a cruiser.

That makes sense - thanks and I look forward to your impressions after about 6 months ... I'll bet they are even better. I still love getting into and driving my Vantage ... and it has been 14 months and counting ... just great cars that seem to grow on you.
