Tubi makes an awesome system for the Vantage. We also offer the EVOMSit ECU software for that application. Together, your friend should see gains of about 30hp.

Afternoon,
Sorry to take a little while getting back to you. RSC Tuning can offer your friend the most complete and affordable tuning package on the market - great power pack consisting of RSC Exhaust, 200 Cell Cats and ECU tune. Lots of Vantage guys on this board with our setup who can probably share their thoughts. Will make the 4.3 faster than the 4.7!!!
I would be happy to speak with both you and your friend and talk to you about our mods any time. Just drop me a PM with your number and I'll be in touch.
Cheers,
Stuart

I'll vouch for RSC... Hershel gave me an amazing deal on the ECU, cats, exhaust and lowering springs. The car is completely different - much more aggressive!!!
Hershel and RSC are great, very customer service focused. Hershel also gave me a great deal on the RSC ECU, 200 cell cats, and cat back exhaust. Quite noticeable power increase, very responsively aggressive, and the car sounds fantastic.
No risk for the engine with RSC's Vantage mods? Aston agree this modification or not?
Thanks for reply
Vince
There is no significant increase in the stress on the engine. Any time you're making more power you will wear things like big end bearings a bit quicker but we're talking about a rebuild being needed in 260,000 miles instead of 250,000(just pulled those figures out of the air). The quality of our exhaust and cats are beyond reproach and much higher quality than the OE Aston Martin products.
As far as the ECU map goes, it is not placing a great deal of stress on the engine as it is a NA map and therefore doesn't increase the effective compression ratio. Just optimizes cam and ignition timing with fueling. All RSC's programs are also backed by a £1,000,000 GBP indemnity, which will never be called into action but it is a testement to the safety of our ECU programs and gives our customers peace of mind.

about how much was that amazing deal? trying to figure it is within budget.
Which exhaust did you use with the 200 cell cats. The quieter of the 2? Is there a performance difference between the 2 that you know of? Weight difference?
I used the quieter of the exhaust cat backs with the 200 cell cats. Its still loud when you get on it, but not ear bleeding level. I tried the louder version exhaust and it was way too loud for me with the 200 cell cats. I thought I would get a ticket it was too loud.
There is no performance change in one exhaust to the other; they are both less restrictive than the stock exhaust. With my current setup, I find it to be perfection. When I get on it the sound is awesome. But when I am cruising around town or on the freeway, I do not have to overcrank the stereo to compensate, and background exhaust noise is complimentary.
