Check Engine light + Emission system ...

I have a 2008 DB9 and I left the lights on last night and of course it will not start in the morning, I used jumper cable and was able to start it but now I have the check engine light on and the Emission System Service Required. I made sure the gas cap is tight and start the car few times with no luck of getting these light off. Also there is an orange triangle (I don't know what it is, since my car came without an owners manual, I bought it used).

Thank you for your help,

Hi Samhaidar, It'll resent itself and clear from your dash once you drive it a few times, the orange triangle is related to the engine light and emission message. Hope that helps

Emission

I think you are correct, everything I have been reading says that it will clear itself. Thank you...

Typically, 3-start and drive cycles will clear the light all by itself. The Triangle is an alert telling you there are other fault lights you need to check--so they just go together.

Also a general rule of thumb on the modern Aston's warning lights:

If the Triangle is orange (amber) it's an advisory notice, meaning take note this is something to watch for and proceed with caution.

If the Triangle is red it means there is a more pressing to attend to.

The emmission code when tripped will usually clear itself
