V8 Vantage oil question again?

Sorry I know we have been down this road, reading Grants book i notice how he hammers home the importance of the oil check.
as we all know its a cumbersome task with starting it and so on, just a thought since its a dry sump, if we take a look at the dip stick when its cold and we continue to find the oil at a specific level will that not be a good enough way to make sure the oils is sufficient?

I think if you correlate the oil level cold.... slightly below full vs the start and run 30seconds at 2000rpm and then check, I think you will be close enough. The hot level is always a little higher, so slightly over the fill line, is probably fine. in fact, at the fill line at hot temps, is probably mid level, which is fine for a dry sump reservoir.
