Brilliant OEM wheel Idea for Vantage...
Hey guys,
Came across this eBay auction and I couldn't believe why I didn't think of this. It honestly is one of the best wheels designs I have seen on a vantage, and the best part is it is and OEM replacement (from the new DB9).
Moreover, from looking at the picture up close it appears no use of spacers was used and it still retains the stock OEM lug nuts. All the car needs is a set of VelocityAP springs and it would be perfect!
Check it out!

Looks like its got the wrong size tire profile to me. Should be up one to fit the wells better.

For me, didn't like them much on the DB/Virage, don't like them much on the Vantage. That said, the other Virage wheels might make me happy.
So what's going on with these? They are 20s? They are wider and/or offset further outboard from the hub plate? I do like the further out placement, just not the spoke shape. Just to 'meh' for me. I like an Aston with tighter, straight lines on the wheels.

A set of these were available a while back but I passed as they were 20s. The images I posted were on a DB9, which is to illustrate the typical AM OE wheel offsets. I think the OP eBay Vantage has spacers installed.
Virage has a different bolt pattern, unlike DB9/DBS/Vantage. With that said, the Virage wheels won't fit on Vantages.

The wheels are from the new DB9. They are 20x8.5 fronts, 20x11 rears. And the offsets are perfect and they come with 245/295 tire pirellis Pzeros stock (definitely better than the RE050A), but you could easily run 255/305s on that setup no problem.
If you look closely there do not appear to be spacers, those are the brake hub hats that are shaped like that. The offsets for the DB9/DBS are different so it pushes the wheels out further (lower offset) than on the vantage chassis.
The tire profiles are actually perfect, you just have to run a set of lowering springs to lower the car to minimize the wheel gap. I think I may have just found my next set of wheels
