Move back the seat and remove front bolts first
Move forward the seat and remove back bolts
Disconnect the battery and disconnect harness (this is the most difficult step)

I install the new seat track support.

The wiring harness is different :

On my wiring (AMV8V 4.3 form 2006) I have only 3 connectors.
Airbag => good
Seat Occupancy Sensor => good
Power => good
Electronic module connector is missing...
