Redline Speed Worx (RSW) Milltek Exhaust Thread
Milltek is one of the few brands that we recommend across all platforms of car. From Porsches to Minis Milltek usually has an assortment of products. Besides the range of their offerings the quality of their product is very high. Milltek Sport exhausts are produced in high quality type-304 aircraft grade stainless steel. This material is anti-magnetic (other manufacturers' stainless steel may not be) and is less susceptible to discoloration. This quality of stainless steel is used on all pipework and the total construction of the silencer.

Every individual component has a product number. From the exhaust clamps, to the reducer sections, to the muffler tips:
This may seem over the top but it’s a nice touch, both from a craftsmanship and branding standpoint and also from a practical one.
Say you get in a crash, high side your M3 but all you damaged is the cat mid pipe on the left side. All you do is read off that number, tell your local Milltek dealer you’re looking for that part number attached to that pipe and a few days later you have a replacement.
All exhaust hangers are expertly made, bent properly and always sit right in the correct position.
The flanges are nice and beefy. No chance they are warped or going to bend… these are made to last!
Milltek also offers a wide variety of tip options. Stainless Polished, Titanium Matte Finish, and Cerakote Black. They look great.
Milltek is also one of the few manufacturers out there producing valve actuated exhausts. Their Valvesonic line of exhaust. Not only do they give you the ability to alter the volume of your exhaust from loud to quiet but they also allow you to “tune” the sound, by picking and choosing the conditions for when the valve opens and closes. For the picture below, the valved exhaust is the one that the exhaust gasses pass by on their first pass through the muffler, the non valved tip is the one that the gas passes through after passing the valve. When the valve opens, the gas shortcuts half of the rear muffler, offering better flow and more noise.
