Mercedes-Benz 2009 E-Classes HUGE DISCOUNTS- what effect on Lease Deals?

Just like the title says, Mercedes-Benz is offering HUGE DISCOUNTS to clear out their 2009 E-Classes! So far for July 2009, these are the lowest prices (minus taxes and licensing fees) that I've heard of so far:

Entry E350 = $35,500 (about $20K off MSRP)
Loaded E550 = $51,000 (about $22+K off MSRP... probably more but don't have exact figure right now)
Loaded E63 AMG = $67,000 (about 35K off MSRP)

any idea on the effect these prices will have on lease deals?
specifically the E63

Wow, it looks like they are having 12K dealer cash and discounts up the wazoo!! I just built a wagon on edmunds.com and came out with a price of $31K after all rebates. I have a feeling they don't lease their cars of the previous model year though. I remember when I was looking at leftover Pontiac GTO's and they would not lease their previous model year cars.
