    Deathman - I am having the exact same issue that you had with your clamshell on my 996 turbo. Would you mind letting me know what the issue was and how you resolved? Fortunately, my top is closed and it is driveable, but I would like to put the top down. I am not much of a DIY guys, but would love to tackle the fix in order to save some money.
