2006 997s - gt3rs
997S - GT3RS Clone
I'm thinking of selling my prized possession.
Year: 2006 (2005 Build)
Model: 997S
Color: Seal Gray
Miles: 24K
Condition: Basically Like New
Warranty: Porsche Factory Warranty until 2011
Price: $64,500
Factory Options:
- Sport Chrono
- Bose
- Sport Seats
My car was built as a OEM GT3 RS Replica all parts are factory or better.
MODS:
(All prices are uninstalled/excluding labor I paid)
Porsche OEM GT3 Front Bumper - $2,000
GT3 RS Rear Wing is 100% carbon fiber - $7,200
Rear Bumper is 100% carbon fiber, weighs less than 6 lbs. Euro style without bumperettes. - $3,500 unpainted.
Wheels: 2 sets - $8,000
Exhaust: Custom built by Synergy Racing from Burns Stainless Steel (like NASCAR) - $5,700 uninstalled.
Roll Bar: Powder Coated Matte Black - $1,500
Seats : Sparco Cosra (Driver) & EVO (Passenger) - $1,900
Schroth GT3 6 pt Harnesses - $600
Shocks: JRZ RS PRO - Double Adjustable External Canister - THE BEST! - $8,000 uninstalled
GT3 Cup Car Adjustable Lower Control Arms - $1,300

RSS Adjustable Drop Links - $600
ERP Racing Adjustable Toe Links - $900
IPD Racing Plenum - $999
Porsche OEM X51 3rd Radiator - $400
LN Engineering IMS bearing Upgrade - $600
EVOMSit Custom ECU Tune - $1,200
Rennline Racing Pedals - $400
Rennline Track Mats - $300
Full Front End Clear Bra - $2,500
Rear Bumper Clear Bra - $500
Grand Total for Parts Only: $48,999.00
As you can se no expense was spared to build this car. It's the perfect car for someone that want's a aggressive street car and DE car. This car was never raced.
Maintenance Notes:
This car has never had any problems, or leaks and was cared for better than most children.
Car has had 10,000 & 20,000 mile dealer service
Spark Plugs were changed at 22,500 miles
Oil changed every 2500 miles.
Tranmission Oil was changed every 3,500 miles or sooner.
Brake Fluid Changed Routinely.
Car Notes:
If you are looking for a bargain car or a basic Carrera S, look elsewhere there are plenty of them. If you are looking to buy a car that is perfectly set up and some idiot dropped $66k into, than this is your car.
Also this car has never even seen any damage or accidents, detailed 1-2 times a month professionally, and fluids changed every 2,000 give or take.(Think its preventative medicine as I planned to keep this car forever).
I have cared for this car like a child (and I get grief for it all the time).
Upgraded Parts/Mods Costs: $48,999.00 (ouch)
Labor to Install Mods: $12,000.00
Paint & Install of Body: $5,000.00
Grand Total Invested in MODS: $65,999.00
So if you want to buy a base car and make these mods, expect to spend that much or more.
This is one of the reasons that I will not sell below a certain price, I don't have to sell it, and I want to make sure that all the money I spent on it will go to a buyer that appreciates it and wants it. Otherwise I'll keep it for my family.
ALL paint and install for body was done at WEST COAST SPECIALTIES IN SAN DIEGO (They are the best i have ever seen and the only ones that touch any of my cars): http://www.westcoastspecialties.net/.
If you are interested in buying I will answer any of your questions, if you are not serious about buying please don't waste either of ours time.
If you have any questions you can PM me.

I had a mild heart attack when I finished adding up the receipts (which I vowed I would never do!!!) but I wanted prospective buyers too see what I took to make such a great car and that this was not built to sell... This car was built with special attention and BUILT TO KEEP!
