1988 BMW M3 DiamondSchwarz Metallic Black Exterior, Black Leather Interior, 135k Original Miles, 5 Spd, Original S14 4 Cylinder Motor producing 192HP. Owned by 17 year BMW CCA Member. This is a great example of one of the finest cars in automotive history and quickly becoming a collectors car. I purchased this car a few months ago however a new baby on the way forces the sale.

Tasteful modifications including upgraded OEM BMW 16" BBS Wheels w/15MM Spacers (excellent stance), OEM BMW Z3 Short Shifter, OEM BMW Radio from a '91 M3, Stromung Exhaust, Jim Conforti Chip, H4 Headlights, Bilstein Shocks, Eibach Springs, Evo Cam Gear, Evo Airbox. Interior is in great condition. No tears, rips, stains, or other damage to any door panel or interior surface other than a crack in dash that can be repaired. Carpet is stain free. Window switches look like new. Interior front seats were recently reupholstered in Black Leather and rear seats are perfect. Brand new OEM BMW Mats, New Door Seals, brand new battery & OEM Alternator as well as E30 M3 "Evo" Spec bumper tape. Pages & pages of service & repair history. Original M3 Supplemental Manual and (2) sets of Keys are included as is the infamous "Spark Plug" Wrench in the tool kit often missing in these cars.
The body of the car is in great condition except for some rust on the quarter panel. That was one thing I wasn't able to get to, however I have a new OEM BMW Quarter panel ready to install. Asking price offer gets the OEM Quarter included in the sale. I just had the entire front bumper completely resprayed in DS Black and it's like brand new. No Faded or Cracked BMW Roundels or faded M Logos anywhere. The rear wing, which commonly shows cracks, is in perfect condition. Car still has the factory cosmoline (protective material) located on some of the parts in the engine bay.
Service lights show 4 green bars on dash at present, OBC computer lights up perfectly. Check Control shows no faults. Car pulls strong and sounds great. All electrical systems work properly. A/C needs a charge. Clean Title, no salvage, no rebuild. . Recently detailed and ready for a great home. Prefer local sale in the NY/NJ/CT Area. OEM 15" Spare is included as is a Car Cover and extra oil filters. I think the pictures speak for themselves.
I't's rare to see cars like this for sale especially in this condition. Car can be seen by appointment in Northern NJ. Asking $15,900. I believe it's a very fair price for the mileage and overall shape considering cars in this condition go for $20k +.
