As you can tell from the work recently performed, I had no intention of selling this car until today. I'm in the process of moving from VA to FL and just decided today to try and sell the car before I pay to ship and register the car in FL in 2 weeks.
I bought this car a year ago knowing that I had a very short commute between home/work. Car has only been driven 5k miles in the past year. I'm going to have a much longer commute in FL so I'm trying to sell before I move. If it doesn't sell in 2 weeks, I'll move it and then decide what to do later.
I'm the 2nd owner. 1st owner was a professional tennis player (retired?) that owned a tennis school in Philadelphia. He also played a LOT of golf at courses all over the NE. According to the dealer that sold and serviced the car, it has never been raced or tracked.
As you will see below, this car is mechanically in EXCELLENT condition. Less than 12k miles on engine, less than 4k miles on clutch, brand new tires, brand new brake pads/rotors, brand new TPMS sensors, brand new windshield. HOWEVER, this car has been a daily driver for me and the original owner. Interior, the car is in very good condition with minimal signs of wear. Exterior, there are a few scratches and normal rock chips from a driver with 55k miles. If you're looking for a show car, this is not it. If you're looking for a car ready to be driven another 100k miles, keep reading.

Sharing answers to other questions I've received:
Q: Isn't the logo on the back supposed to "Carrera"?
A: Yes, the original logo was the gray "Carrera" emblem. The paint on the emblem wore off and when I went to order a new one, I found the "PORSCHE" logo that I thought looked better. If you want to change it back, a new "Carrera" emblem costs $55. Very easy to replace with a hair dryer, dental floss, and 10 minutes of your time.
Q: Will you take $40,000 cash?
A: No thanks. The current market for a "typical" 09 C2 with 55k miles and clean title is between $48k-$52k. This car just had over $6k completed maintenance in the past 300 miles: new brake pads, new brake rotors, new tires, new TPMS sensors, new windshield, brake fluid flush, and new Fabspeed X pipe. A new $2k clutch 4k miles ago. And a new engine 12k miles ago. I'm open to offers but I can't take $40k. Thanks.
Thanks.
