I hate to do this but I'm listing my 2009 Touareg TDI for sale. My wife and I purchased this just last year in preparation for our first child. We planned on keeping this thing forever and growing into it but, it turns out, my wife's scoliosis prevents her from lifting our little one in and out on a daily basis.

We bought the Touareg after scouring the internet for months looking for the right one. This one popped up a couple hours away at a VW dealership as a CPO, one owner vehicle with 30k miles. We went down, looked at it, loved it, and bought it the very next weekend.

We've loved our year in the Touareg but the difficulty my wife is having makes a sedan a better suited option. The Touareg currently sits at 39,700 miles. It has been dealer serviced since new with maintenance records. I just had the 40k mile service completed at 38k miles. I also installed new Continental LX20 tires about 6 months ago. They have less than 5k miles on them.

I don't believe this specific Touareg has the Lux package but it does have the technology package which gives you the RNS510 navigation, 300w sound system, rearview camera with PDC, MDI media socket with iPod integration, HID bi-xenon headlights, keyless access, and color MFD.

What kind of MPG are you getting?

 

I regularly see 18-20 mpg city and 28 mpg highway.

They're definitely tough to find. I've heard good things about the APR tune.

Such an awesome ride, great price too. I just picked up an '04 TDI for not much cheaper so whoever gets this is getting one hell of a deal. I love mine and would venture to say it's one of my best cars ever. GLWS!

Yep, it's already listed on clubtouareg. I've had a lot of interest from forums and not a single inquiry from autotrader. Makes me wonder why I wasted money listing it there. I do have a clean AutoCheck available to those interested, though.
