I purchased this car last December when my job changed; at the time it had 17,300 miles on it and was CPO. Based on the terrible 'happy graduation' mix CD left in the player, I think the car belonged to a high school girl with questionable taste in music and great taste in cars... or a Dad who spoiled her.
I have been driving the car daily, and due to frequent trips to Rochester, the car now has 42,300 miles on it give or take.
The M Sport package is the ultimate 135i configuration (short of the 2013-only 135is), and includes a unique front bumper with integrated brake ducts, rear diffuser, sport seats, specific shock/spring package and sway bars. It also includes an additional radiator to keep engine temps in check.
The brakes are unique to the 135i, and are Brembo 6 pots up front, with Brembo 2 pots out back.
The car has a crap-load of torque, and needs fatter tires... the 245s in back just don't cut it for straight-line grip. You can fit 255s easily on the stock rear wheel, and a 225 up front. Stock tire sizes are 215/245 f/r on 18 inch wheels.
This car is Alpine White with black interior and has the wood trim. It has not been modified by myself, and does not appear to have been modified by the previous owner.

The overall condition of the car is very good. The interior is in excellent condition, with minimal wear for the miles and age. Factory floor mats (summer and winter) as well as factory trunk liner are included. The exterior of the car is also in very good condition, with a few rock chips on the hood, front bumper, passenger side skirt and passenger side. There are no door dings or dents, car has never been in an accident or had repair work done to the bodywork. It had a clean carfax when I bought it.
It's currently shod for the winter with 17in wheels and snow tires (215/45 17 all around on 17x8 wheels). I drove this last winter in a few storms; it's no Subaru in the snow, but it does fine and didn't strand me anywhere.
The car will also come with a set of style 261 M Sport wheels with the OEM Dunlop runflats; those tires are almost bologna-skin status, so you'll want to replace them come springtime. The wheels had a run-in with some gravel, and while straight and rash-free, they need a repaint. I was quoted $400 to refinish them.
Everything works as it should and there are no issues with the car.
I really enjoy the car, but I cannot justify having it as my daily when I have a brand new car in the garage for nice days, and a beater Audi for the winter months.
This is priced to move at $23k, which includes the winter mats and winter wheel/tire package plus the summer footwear. I purchased this car from BMW Bayside as a CPO, and that transfers to the new buyer.
