Fuel cell still good or timed out? What about seat/harness?

 

Fuel cell got a new bladder and all in August of 2012. From Fuel Safe.

As for the seat and harness, I'll have to check with the shop get back to you on that.
FYI: It actually has 2 seats in it at the moment.
