Lease Transfer - BMW 228i M-Sport

Year: 2014
Make: BMW
Model: 1-Series
Price: $345
Mileage: 8000
Color: White
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): CA
Transmission: Automatic
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

Considering transferring the lease of my daily driver to pick up a Wrangler Unlimited. This is a fun car that benefits from all of the updates made to the 2 series platform over the 1 series and is powered by a 2.0T good for 240 hp and 260 tq. What's even more amazing is the car gets high 20's mpg with mixed driving and as high as 37 mpg on freeway runs. As my commute is only 6 miles I am looking to do something more impractical.

The car is fully loaded with nearly a $45k sticker new, options include:
  • M Sport package (diferent bumpers, wheels, etc.)
  • Tech package (navi, sat radio, etc.)
  • Premium package (nappa leather, etc.)

The car is metallic white, interior is black and it has the aluminum hex trim. It has the 8 spd. auto with paddles.

It is just shy of 8k miles, the lease allows 10k annual miles and its on target with 850 miles a month remaining

The lease is until 4/2/2017 and the car is located in West LA.

In the spirit of full transparency, I am not the original owner but took it over from a friend in Washington. I have since smogged and registered it in CA so it is good to go and nothing will be needed on your end. I have done a second transfer with BMW and it the same as any other transfer.

The payment is $345 including LA tax which as you know is about $100 under a comparably equipped new one with $2k down and some good negotiating.

In order to transfer the lease I am looking for $500 cash to me and you cover the transfer fee. I can get the process going any time and can show the car during the week.

PM me with any questions

Window Sticker

Here's a photo of the window sticker which provide additional details about the car's spec

Also a cool review of the car vs. the s3 which just demonstrate how much bang for the buck it is:
