FS 997 GT3: PCCB, Triple Black.
#1
2007, Triple black, sport chrono, PCCB, fire extinguisher, heated seats, xenons, 48xxx KM, perfect history and zero over revs. Has new pzero tires, new front lip, recent fluid change, car is mint condition. I do not have history of maintenance from original owner I only have the documentation for my recent purchase of the car. Nothing from its inception other than the carproof and over revs, being one owner and totally no issue car in those respects.
Has fabspeed center muffler bypass and stage 2 ecu time (clubsport package) on 91 octane however it will be reverted back to stock.
The front upper shock mount was replaced prior to purchasing the car, also had the window motor replaced as well. I am unsure exactly why the car needed one new front shock mount although it was replaced prior to be purchasing the car. On my 996GT3 I had the same symptom described as a "squeaky" front shock. There are threads that discuss this on here. I am not a mechanic, I really don't know why. I was told it was needed to be completely safe and perfect for certification.
Car has recently had the PCCB rotors and pads replaced with newer ones purchased used. No signs of wear at all. I have several pictures I can send to you.
The wheel well and front bumper needs a good buff that's about it in respect to body work. I am only the 2nd owner, just bought this car last month off the original owner.
The 997 is too similar to my previous 996 in respect to its engine and performance therefore want to get the next level the 991 GT3. If you have the means why not get what you want instead of settling. That's where I am at.

Stage 2 EVOMs 91 octane and new front upper shock mount are both on my spec sheet and detailed information that was performed prior to me purchasing the car. Going back to stock tune with tune it program therefore mentioning items not included in the sale seems irrelevant. PM for details as mentioned.

I don't understand why you aren't just transparent in the FS ad about everything...why should I PM you for basic details about the car's history and maintenance records?
There is no Stage 2 for the 997.1 GT3:EvoMS website. There's a Clubsport Performance System with an air filter, bypass and ECU tuning. But you already stated that the car has a Fabspeed bypass; so which is it?
Also, what spec sheet?
Poorly written FS ads are a pet peeve of mine.

I apologize for the inconvenience and my terrible ad for my Gt3. In respect to stage 2 tune (which my tuner had called it which is the equivalent of the clubsport) I have the tune that is made for the BMC filter and center muffler bypass of any variety.

Sketchy...these cars are very easy to sell. You post maintenance records, mods and people are basically ready to wire you the money. I'd have a million questions about this car based on these responses.
Please let me know if you want me to link you to a well written FS ad...
