I just sold mine to a buddy, talk about a rock solid reliable platform. the S54 is very well engineered, I had to do very little maintenance in the 7 years I owned the car. If i were going to get in another i'd consider this one very seriously guys! The newer E9x platform may have more power, but they're also larger and heavier and just don't have that M feel that the earlier cars did. Most describe the newer ones as a "softer" version. To each their own
