Hi Guys ,
Long time lurker here and first time poster.
Let me start by saying i am not a dealer and every now and then dabble in a few car deals when the opportunity arises.
So about a month ago a buddy of mine put me in touch with someone who was looking to sell his 964.
So i bought the car. Drove it for the past month. Enjoyed it to the fullest and it's now up for sale.
So a little about the car.
This is a 1992 911 Carrera 4 in OakGreen Metallic.
This is a Canadian car with approx 91,000 miles or 150,000km.
This was a 2 owner car previous to me purchasing it last month.
It comes with a clean Carproof / Carfax report which i have and would gladly email to any interested parties.
This car is truly an example of a well cared for excellent condition 964.
All original paint.
Not one panel was repainted.
Bumpers are extra clean. Hood obviously has some stone chips but that's to be expected.
A few mods done on the car by the first owner.
H&R Coils.
Calipers paint in Red with Porsche.
Fabspeed Exhaust.
Tints and aftermarket radio.

Car was at EK Performance which is the best Porsche shop in Montreal.
Few things were needed to make this car perfect.
Attached is a picture of the invoice and description of what's been done in the past few weeks.
Leak Down and Compression test was done as well and came out perfectly!

Under carriage is bone dry and no leaks on the car whatsoever.

Everything on this car is pristine.
Everything works perfectly.
Car runs flawlessly and pulls strong.
Brakes are perfect.
Tires have about 8/32nds on them ( Potenza's )
Everything on the car has been checked and if anything needs work it's taken care of.
17'' Cup wheels are great with zero curb rash.

Option sticker picture is attached but here's what i found the car has :
- Sport Seats
- Heated Seats
- Electric Seats
- Sunroof
- Rear Wiper
- Cruise Control

And a few other options that can be looked up.

Radio was replaced with a Pioneer that has a iPod usb adapter.
I do not have the original Radio

I'm sure i'm forgetting quite a few things so don't hesitate to ask.

As previously mentioned this was a 2 owner car prior to me purchasing it last month.
Original Owner had the car until 2009.
In 2009 2nd Owner purchased the car and barely drove it.
2nd Owner put only a few thousand miles on the car from 09 until last month.
Hence the reason for selling.
A few service records are included in the owner book.
Car has never seen snow and from my understanding rain either.
It's a pristine example of a beautiful 964. It's not perfect but pretty darn great for a 23 year old car.
The OakGreen is such a fabulous colour.
I'm some enthusiasts in here can attest to the rarity and the beauty of this colour.
