In the eyes of a credit union or bank, its just a used STi worth ~30k.
Not crapping on your thread man, great build and good luck.
Just saying someone will literally not be able to get a loan unless they pay 55k cash, or put 15k down to finance 30k.

They wont loan more than 110% of a cars book value now(since mid 2000's) to keep people from being crazy upside-down.

If the car doesn't sell within the next month, it will be parted out.

be patient OP you have a nice and fast built toy parting it out is not the answer unless 100% you have all the stock parts, otherwise, it will cost you more money, labor, time, and ended up with an incomplete untuned car. Hang in there and look for other means of advertising and instead of keepin it in the storage look for a refutable dealer to legally consign the car for better exposure.

Why did you get the car with all the stuff done to it, and want to sell it so soon? Especially with it being so heavily modified?

I was accepted into a graduate program at Georgetown University and I will be moving to DC in the upcoming months. I don't not need a car of this caliber living in a busy city. Sad to sell it but onward and upward my friend.

What setup did this car post that slip on? It sounds like the car is only making 450whp as it sits and there is no way that it will run 9's at that power level.... What has changed between then and now?
Edit: Found the post. car was running a significantly larger turbo (6466 vs 6062) when it went 9's... you might want to disclose that if you're posting slips.

The previous owner who I purchased the car from had a different setup. The car had a larger turbo (PT6466) and was tuned on E85. Car made ~680 awhp and was piloted to a 9 sec pass. I opted for a quicker spooling setup to make it an awesome streetcar, hence the Precision 6062 turbo that's on the car now.

Simply not true - people with good credit can finance 130% all day long on retail book - this is bank specific and depends quite a bit on your risk. I can assure you I could absolutely get a loan for 55k to buy this car using it as collateral.
Now with that said, you're not wrong about it's value assessment necessarily except most banks will see this as a "like new" vehicle and loan new values on it, not 30k.

I am incredibly skeptical of any bank lending 55k on a used STI.
