Hey guys up for sale is my 2012 Deep Blue Pearl / Black edition GT-R, I obtained it actually 1 year ago from Dallas, TX. The previous owner had the Jotech Stage 2 put on and also had the Transmission fluid/Oil change at 13k mileage besides that the car exterior wise was all stock, I had a PPI done by Jotech as well and talked to the owners as this is my 2nd time buying out of state. Once i got the A+ results back, i flew out and grabbed this beauty. I also got an oil change done when i got back into town at Boulder Nissan with another thorough checkup. 
 
It didn't take me too long to start changing out things i didn't like on the exterior of the GT-R which were the silver accents etc. Anyways long story short I found an amazing rare NSX for sale and obtained it recently, I have no room to keep this GT-R unfortunately and think it's pretty impractical to keep the GT-R at a friends house while upgrading our businesses. Down below are most of the mods (may be missing some small misc). I have almost all OEM parts except for (BE Wheels, DP, MP, Coils/springs) 
 
I put on full frontal clear bra (Xpel ultimate) from the whole front lip to fenders also the a-pillars and side mirrors. The car didn't come with clear bra and does have about 2-3 rock chips in front. The car was never tracked.
