That seems to be a really strong trade value to me based on my experience. Considering the tax savings at 6.25%, you'd have to sell for at least $47.2k private party just to break even with the trade.

 

PPI done by trade dealer. They don't give me the information, but they took the car.
They have given me permission to sell the car, it's just money to them. All I'm looking for is to cover my shipping cost. Buyer would also reimburse for PPI, I'd have to pay them.
The truck may come sooner than I think, but it's still looking like Monday or Tuesday.
