Putting my commuter car up for a lease transfer as I no longer drive the same miles and want back into a m3

This is a high mileage lease with 1800 miles left a month. The car currently has 33500 miles and will have the services covered by BMW through 50000 miles.

The car has the tech package including heads up display, sat radio and nav. It also has heated seats, wood trim and aside from that is fairly basic.

I have been averaging over 40 mpg with mixed driving and up to 48 on highway trips.

The windows have been tinted, the car has been garaged and is in overall great shape. There are a few nicks and chips consistent with the car's age but nothing that BMW would charge for.

Lease ends on 7/31/2017 with a residual of $26,217. The current buyout is $30,351 but I think the lease is the better deal.

The payment is $330 plus local tax so I am paying $357 in OC.

In order to assume the lease, there would be $500 paid to me and the BMW transfer fees.

As a bonus I will throw in color matched reflectors and gloss black grills that have not yet been installed. You may also note in the pics, the car has a generic poly lip and painted spoiler that are attached with 3M so can easily be removed.
