Btw the E92 and the modded E46, which do you prefer? I had a AA E46 before and not sure if I should jump back into a clean E46 or E92. I know they're two different beast but wanted to get your thoughts in terms of "fun factor."

Bang for the buck, the e92 is a better platform in terms of stock for stock features and power. The only major issue being the bearings, which are roughly an 80k mile maintenance item.
However, out of all the M3's I've had, the E46 platform was always my favorite. The caveat being that any e46 I had would need at least a basic supercharger. The e92 m3 is great, a supercharger really wakes it up as well.
I still get excited when I see an E46 M3 on the road, the E92, though, I'm less excited about overall.
OP has done a great job with the mods on this car, only addition I would add is the rear subframe reinforcement.
Given all that he has into it and relatively low miles, it's priced accordingly. Most E46's in the mid 20's are over 100k miles or not as significantly modded. That may be of concern to some, but AA makes a top notch kit.

I'm not the OP, but I've owned several e46. I've run ESS, AA, and VF kits. I've also owned an e92 for a bit.

it put down 435whp(conservatively) when it was tuned years back- the exhaust system has become a bit more free flowing now so it should be making a bit more
