CANADA : FS 1993 FD3S - Complete Build LS3 Swap
Year: 1993
Make: Mazda
Model: RX-7
Price: $38000
Mileage: 0
Color: Cybermetallic Grey
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): Can-BC
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive
I'm brand new to 6speed but have been browsing the classifieds for a few years, I have however been a member on the rx7club forum for nearly 10 years, about how long I have owned this car. Forum id over there is "keister"
The decision to post here of course is for as much exposure as possible since I've come to the realization that I want to sell my car in the pursuit of a new project
Some of the specs include:
Brand New LS3 from Jeggs - LS 376/480 (376ci/480hp) hot cam option
Tremec T56 Magnum w/ 2.66 gears
Brand new OEM spirit R - Recaro seats with tilt and slide brackets
Black Edition TE37SL
Vertex front bumper
Sanai Raider Fenders, side skirts, rear spats
Re-amemiya diffuser
Samberg full swap kit - subframe, trans mount, diff mount.
Samberg V-mount radiator kit w/ carbon fibre CAI
Fully functioning cold AC
2 owner car from new
If the above interests you I have a 4 page PDF document that includes every detail of the build. Send a PM with your email and I can send that over. (This document is now attached in this post)
The odometer currently reads just over 200,000km. However I would gather that only a handful of parts left have actually seen that mileage. The LS3 has around 7000km on it and will go up as I drive it on weekends.
The build is quite extensive and complete in every respect. I truly believe it is one of the best, if not THE best LS swapped car on the market right now.
That being said I understand the exterior mods and appearance have to be to your taste to justify my price.
I am in no rush to sell, The only trade I would consider is a 2013MY or newer R35 with cash on my end of course
Car is located in Kelowna BC Canada.
$38,000USD
$49,000CAD
Thanks for looking,
Josh

Good questions
1) The engine bay has been painted a color called Federal Grey
- This was done purposely as I didn't want the motor to 'fade away' in a dark engine bay. The subframe, Trans support, and Diff support are all powdercoated the same color.
2) The door jambs, hatch, under the hood (anywhere else visible) are all the exterior body color - GM cybermetallic grey.
In the interest of not having any 20 year old interior plastics break or crack that is where the color change stops. So if you were to remove the carpet, or look in the spare wheel well, yes you would find the stock Montego Blue in some places.
If you're interested I have managed to upload the 3.5 page PDF build/spec sheet to the original post. As well as under this post. Hopefully that helps add some transparency to everything that was done.

Thanks!
No reason, other than it hasn't been installed yet.
The samberg kit includes new sway bar end links, mine were missing at the time of initial install.
I have it scheduled to go in middle of June.
The doors, hatch, spare wheel well, and transmission tunnel are getting the dynamat treatment at the same time as well.
