The car runs very strong with no overheating or idle hiccups or leaks of any sort.
Mechanically, the car needs nothing and has been maintained with an open checkbook. Any service and repair work was done as needed but other than the shifter cables (common 997 problem), the water pump (replaced as the pulley was looking tired), and the door locks (mechanism wouldnt lower the windows on one side but we decided to change both in case the other was going to go as well), the car has just needed regular oil and filter changes. The only thing I havent tracked down is that the PCM will flicker or shut off for 10 mins or so about 2-3 times a year. As it comes back on pretty quickly, it hasnt bothered me too much. Otherwise, I am pretty obsessive about my cars so this 997 has received constant attention. Rear brakes are at around 15% so thats the next maintenance item.
Cosmetically, the car is as close to perfect as you will find for a 997. The interior buttons and switches all work as they should with no visible discoloration that is common with this vintage. The windshield took a pebble that created a little nick in the glass 3 years ago. That pebble also left a little scratch on the front roof but its not very noticeable. Otherwise, the car has gotten regular details and washes and the paint shines very well. No other scratches or blemishes to note.
Open to offers and motivated to sell. No stories, nothing to hide.

Bump! Have exchanged emails with people but nobody has come seen it yet. I usually sell to the first person who sees my cars.
To answer questions i received, I have the manuals and 2 keys, along with all maintenance records since my ownership.

Much appreciated.
It really is an amazing ride, even without the mods. The 997 platform, in my opinion, has matured into a perfect sports car by today's standard. Its underrated from a performance standpoint. Its raw, visceral, mechanical, very linear power delivery through the 3.8l naturally aspirated engine, but is still a car you can enjoy on a track without a hiccup and then drive back into the city/work. It makes every drive an event. I actually feel the 997.1 engine pre-DFI has a bit more character to it as well.
On top of all this, I looked through my maintenance records, and it has cost me $2,500 in repairs over the 4 years of ownership. Thats mighty impressive for a car of this caliber in my opinion. For this reason, I am not really going to lower the price much, if anything. Its just worth more than this. If it doesnt sell, its a car I will continue to enjoy. Just took it for an hour cruise through some backroads late last night that left me thrilled once again.

So perfectly sorted. Center exhaust, OEM SSK with numeric cables, turbo wing, Euro rear, HRE's, front lip...really impressive set up.
I have a buddy that I've tried to talk into buying this but he's just not ready and he doesn't understand how much enjoyment is left in that engine. Too bad, I'd really love to see this in person.
4 years...2500 in repairs with track time. This is how it's done.
Good luck brother.

Much appreciated my man. It's nice to see others appreciate it as much as I do. These mods were all done basically the week after I got it 3+ years ago since this is exactly how I envisioned the perfectly balanced 997.
Car got new brake pad and rotors on all 4 corners, a brake flush, and oil service today. Forgot to mention the annual service was also done a couple of months ago.
this deal just got even better for someone.

Any interest in trading for my Panamera 4S that's listed on here? I'd like to get back in a 911. Traded for the Panny when I broke my clutch leg. It works again now and is ready for some exercise, lol.

Your asking price is 53% of what I sold my 09 TT for, but it's 90% of what my car was. What a value... If my 12 TTS was not the same color, I'd be very tempted.
Cannot, believe it has not sold yet...but someone is going to get a perfect 997 example. GLWS!!!
